The job is important and will fit well as part of Matre's commitment to the ferry market in Norway.
We are now working closely with the shipyard as well as ship owner to quality assure our delivery of three new complete "dangerous cargo" foam systems for securing the car deck in line with current regulations.
We are proud to secure this contract in strong competition and are now looking forward to installing our foam system on board NORLED's three new ferries currently under construction in Singapore.
The contract for NORLED will include a large number of self-produced products as well as equipment from our local partners. A strong co-operation with partners enables Matre to provide preferred technical solution and a more widespread service and follow-up service when the ferries are put into operation back in Norway
